BCMR is a small and experienced team, which makes us extremely flexible and easy to work with, and enables us to adapt to the requirements of each client.

Whilst we specialise in web-based research, and are at the leading-edge of industry developments in this area, we also have considerable experience of traditional research techniques within the retail sector and other areas, such as focus groups, accompanied shopping, depth interviews and store exit surveys, and this background enables us to offer a more rounded service to clients.

We are managed by Richard Clark, who has 15 years research experience, gained on both the client and agency sides of the industry. He has worked at a senior level with such companies as ICI and GfK, and is a full member of the Market Research Society, for which he also provides training in online research.
